COVID-19 Policies for Season 3, 2022

The following policies are in effect for all events presented by Three Raccoon Productions. These policies are non negotiable. Willful violations of Three Raccoon Productions COVID-19 Policies will result in immediate ejection from the event and a permanent ban from all future Three Raccoon Production events.

Vaccine Policy:

 

1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as having completed a complete primary course of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have completed the required booster schedule for the vaccine received. Information on the CDC definition of fully vaccinated can be found here. ​

2. Proof of vaccination must be provided to Three Raccoon Productions. Proof may be sent via email, via our Proof of Vaccination Form or in person. If proof is being submitted in person, you will be required to show your Proof of Vaccination in the parking lot and will not be permitted to enter the camp until you have submitted the Proof of Vaccination to staff. 

3. There are no exceptions to this policy. Unvaccinated persons are not permitted to attend Three Raccoon Productions events. Period. 

 

Mask Policy (Updated May 2023):

1. Masks are encouraged when indoors but no longer required when on site. ​You will respect other player's choice regarding masking.
